    Your electronic signature indicates your understanding of the guidelines of the Forte Music and Arts Academy Guidelines pertaining to Forte Music and Arts Academy and agree to abide by their stipulations. Please read Forte Music and Arts Academy Summer Camp Guidelines found below. 
    VI. Media Release Consent 
    Occasionally, photos or video of students are taken during camp for use in studio newsletters, studio social media, advertising materials, lessons demonstrations, and studio owned websites.
