My child just started during the spring, are they invited?
Absolutely, yes! Students are welcome to perform along with all of the other students who also just started this fall as well as kids who have been in lessons for years. It's a great mix of levels and ages, and "newbies" find it inspiring!
Is my child ready to perform in a concert?
Students of all ages and levels are capable of performing in the concert. Participants include complete beginners that have just started lessons to students that have been taking lessons for months or years.
Can we bring the family? Can we bring our friends?
Yes absolutely! Bring your friends and family. There is plenty of seating for everyone. Encourage your child to invite friends and encourage your family members and friends to bring more family members and friends.
What will my child be performing?
The instructor has already started working with your child to make some decisions and work on several recital selections. Decisions on what to perform will be made within the next few weeks.
I have more than one child in lessons - will they be together?
Absolutely - we always pair siblings together that are close in age. On occassion, if one child is much younger and the other one is significantly older, they will perform on the same day but be featured at different times in order to group the students by age.
If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be glad to help.
Regards,
Carl
